  Our concept, born in 1989, was to go into an
area filled with chain restaurants and give the
local people a place with food purchased and
prepared fresh on the premises, with a certain
creativity and flair.
       The exceptional food, coupled with a cozy,
casual pub atmosphere, we felt would be unique
enough to succeed in an industry that is laden
with heavy casualties.
         The dining rooms are all non-smoking.  The bar
or pubareas offer a dozen or so televisions and
are strewn about, covering different sporting
events or an interactive NTN (National Trivia
Network) trivia game.
        Each restaurant also houses a "game room"
featuring two billiards tables, and the market's
most recent video games.  Depending on the
restaurant, and the season, function space is
available for as many as 50-100 guests.
        Because our restaurants always have a chef
on duty, we can adopt an "ask and you shall
receive motto."  That motto is defined by our guests
knowing they can ask for any food item, and
providing we have the ingredients in house, it will
gladly be made from scratch fresh  for him/her.
